How do I add or edit an address?

To add an address, click on 'My Account' drop menu on the top of the page, then under 'Manage' you will find 'Shipping Address', click on that. You will find all your saved addresses, you can either 'Update' or 'Delete' any of them, and you can also add a new address, by clicking the 'Add new address' button at the bottom.

I forgot my password - what do I do?

Hey, it happens to the best of us! Click 'Forgot Password' at the Sign In page and enter your email address.

How do I change my password?

Click on 'My Account' > 'Manage' > 'Personal Information' and enter your current password, then the new password twice, once under the 'New Password' and once under 'Confirmation'.

Click on 'My Account' > 'Balleh Points'. Your earned and available points will be displayed here.

Placing items in your cart doesn't reserve them. If an item is missing, it’s because it sold out or is no longer available. Checkout fast before they sell out!

We have the option to pay online (securely) using your credit or debit card, you must confirm with your bank that the card is enabled for online purchasing. We also have the option to pay on delivery, either by cash or by using your card on the swipe machine. SADAD and QITAF are coming soon.

It is a condition where payment is successful at customers end however, due to some security reasons, it is put on hold at Balleh’s system for verifications.

Make sure you enter these details correctly: Card number, name on card, CVV code (3 digits on the back of the card) and expiry date. Also make sure that there is there sufficient balance? Confirm with your bank that the card is enabled for online purchases.

What is subscription? What is the difference betwen 'Buy Now' button and 'Subscribe to save' button?

'Subscribe to Save' is a one of a kind service provided by where you can choose specific items to be automatically delivered every month. You can manage your subscription from 'My Account'.

Why Subscribe?

Think of all the products that you buy over and over again every month; baby diapers, creams, shampoos, soaps, tampons, deodorants, toothpastes, shaving blades and many more. You don't need to waste time every month doing the same thing, buying the same set of products. Your time and convenience is worth more than that. When you subscribe to a product, it gets put in a list that you receive every month on a specific day, you can have as many products as you want and additionally, you will get a 5% discount extra if you subscribed to 3 products or less of subscription items and you will get free shipping if you subscribed to 4 products or more of those items. You will be able to enjoy uninterrupted, monthly resupply runs for all of your favorite products without leaving the house. Spend that time doing something more important, we'll take care of that for you.

What kind of products can i subscribe to?

Any product that has the “Subscribe to Save” label/button can be added to your Subscription.

How can i add a new product to an existing subscription?

If you have an existing subscription, and you’d like to add another product to your subscription, go to the product page and click “Subscribe" or "Add to my subscription”. You'll get it on your next scheduled delivery.

Can I change the delivery date of my subscription?

Ofcourse, you just have to go to your 'My Account' > 'My Subscriptions' and click on 'edit ' button next to the product that you want to change it's delivery date anoter page will displayed where you can change to the new date  . It will take effect on the same month, or the next, depending on how soon it's coming up.

I subscribed to some products, but I don't need one of them next delivery. What can I do?

Easy! Just go to the 'My Subscriptions' and find the item you want to skip, and click on the 'Skip' button next to it. It will not be delivered this month, it will be delivered next month normally. If you don't need that item anymore in your subscription, then you can 'Cancel' it just click on ' view ' then click on 'cancel subscribtion' .
