Return Policy wants you to be 100% delighted with your order.

You can return items that are damaged or if it is in its original condition and packaging within 14 days. Just go to 'My Account' drop down menu and click on 'My Orders', you can find the order and click 'Return' then choose the item, give an explanation for the return then click on ‘Submit Return Request’. If your order passed 14 days, the button will not appear when you select the order. Still not satisfied?

You can return an item only if:

  1. The return request is made within 14 days from delivery date.
  2. Product is unused, undamaged, and is in the same condition as you received it.
  3. Product is not considered 'personal care item' belonging to categories like diapering, sexual wellness, hygiene related products...etc.
  4. The product has not been used or installed.
  5. Product have available serial numbers.
  6. If the package has all price tags, labels, original packing, and accessories.
  7. your order is not subscribed . 

Once your return is received by our Customer Care team, your case will be examined and if accepted, you will receive a full refund (in the form of store credit or voucher or credit-card refund) within seven (7) business days along with an email confirmation.

Q. How to return the package?
After processing your return request, our customer care team will contact you to notify you how to return the package.

Q. How can I receive a refund if I paid by Credit Card?
If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to 30 days to reflect in your card statement, depending on individual’s bank process.

Q. I paid through Cash on Delivery, how will I receive a refund for my item?
If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), the money would be refunded in the form of Balleh Voucher that will be sent to the email registered in your account. You can redeem the voucher anytime on your next order. The voucher is fully consumed either the order value is equal or less than the voucher amount.

Q. Can I exchange or replace an item rather than a refund? can give you a full refund once your request validated as eligible, but we you will not be able exchange or replace an item.

Q. I lost the Original Packing in which I received the item, how can I still return it?
We accept return of item only if it is in an unopened, original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it, however in this case, please contact us by clicking here

Q. Who pays for the shipping charges when I return an item? covers all the shipping charges when it is within 14 days from delivery date.

Q. can I return products from my subscription list ?

Subscribed products cannot be returned .


You can only cancel your order if the order has not yet been processed by our Operations and Orders Fulfillment Team, you may cancel your order by contacting us by clicking here and our Customer Care Team will take care of it. If your order has been processed and handed over for dispatch and delivery, then your order falls under the returns policy stated above.
